Hoisin Glazed Salmon Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons hoisin garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- 4 (6-ounces) salmon fillets
Method:
Prehead oven to 400 degrees.
Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
Arrange fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over all, turning to coat evenly.
Let merinate for 10-15 minutes.
Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Spinkle sesame seeds over salmon.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve
